Approach to Main Entrance: There is level access to the main entrance, but assistance may be required from security staff to manage doors. There is an internal door set at right angle to main door.

Door Width: There are double doors: the main section is approximately 74 cm wide; the other section is approximately 62 cm wide. Both doors can be opened, but may require assistance.

Approach to Reception Area: There is level access to our reception on the ground floor. Assistance may be required to manage the internal doors. Please contact the main reception desk prior to arrival to make arrangements.

Low level counter - No

There is seating available in our reception area. Further seating can be provided on request. Please ask if you need extra assistance.

Audible emergency alarms: continuous loud ring

Our staff have a responsibility to ensure that they accompany any visitors during an emergency evacuation to the muster point designated in local Fire Evacuation Plans. Visitors must not be left unattended and should be accompanied at all times during an emergency evacuation until the all clear is given for re-entry to the building. Where appropriate a suitable emergency evacuation plan will be in place to ensure safe evacuation of disabled persons during an emergency situation.

Please advise the local Office Manager if you have any special requirements.
