Parking facilities: There are no private parking facilities at this office. Road-side parking is subject to availability and local restrictions. The nearest drop kerb is approximately 15 metres from the office entrance.

Approach to Main Entrance: Assistance may be required. The outside door is on the main street with a railing on the edge of the kerb which might restrict wheelchair movement. There are no ramps or steps or handrails

Door Width: Approximately one metre.

Low level bell / or other - No - please contact the office reception to make arrangements prior to attendance.

Approach to Reception Area: The general office is on the ground floor. There is an inside door to the public counter - one metre width. There is a low level counter.

There is no seating available in our reception area. This is a small area but seating can be provided on request. Please ask if you need extra assistance.

Approach to Interview / Conference Rooms: There are no interview rooms on the ground floor, although we are happy to deal with general enquiries in our reception area. Interview rooms are available on the first floor only. These are accessed by stairs. There is no lift. As an alternative, and be prior arrangement, we can ask to use an interview room at the Police Office.

Audible emergency alarms: constant high pitched tone

Our staff have a responsibility to ensure that they accompany any visitors during an emergency evacuation to the muster point designated in local Fire Evacuation Plans. Visitors must not be left unattended and should be accompanied at all times during an emergency evacuation until the all clear is given for re-entry to the building. Where appropriate a suitable emergency evacuation plan will be in place to ensure safe evacuation of disabled persons during an emergency situation.

Please advise the local Office Manager if you have any special requirements.
