Approach to Main Entrance: Assistance may be required. There are 4 steps from the pavement to our main entrance and a revolving door. The door can be fully opened on request to allow access.
Low level bell: There is a bell located on the left hand side of the building at the steps on pavement level. You can ask a member of reception staff to guide you to our disabled access door located at the East end of the building and escort you to reception.

Approach to Reception Area: Visitors to the East Entrance will be escorted to the main reception area. There are ramps, handrails (on both sides of the corridor) and low level call points throughout the route.

Approach to Interview / Conference Rooms: Rooms are available on the ground floor level. Visitors will be escorted by reception/security staff.

Our staff have a responsibility to ensure that they accompany any visitors during an emergency evacuation to the muster point designated in local Fire Evacuation Plans. Visitors must not be left unattended and should be accompanied at all times during an emergency evacuation until the all clear is given for re-entry to the building. Where appropriate a suitable emergency evacuation plan will be in place to ensure safe evacuation of disabled persons during an emergency situation.
