Parking facilities: There are no private parking facilities at this office. Road-side parking is subject to availability and local restrictions. The nearest drop kerb is approximately 5 metres from the office entrance.

Approach to Main Entrance: Assistance may be required. The main door consists of double door. There are 3 steps outside leading to the main front door. There is a Disabled entrance at the side door. This is signposted at the front of the building. There is also a bell for disabled visitors at this side door. There is a wheelchair lift at this entrance which carries wheelchair users up to the main ground floor area.

 

Door Width: approximately 2.5 metres.

Low level bell: Yes . This can be found at the disabled entrance at the side door.

Approach to Reception Area: Assistance may be required as there is an internal door opening inwards. A low level table is available if required.

 

Low Level Counter: Yes

There is seating available in our reception area. Further seating can be provided on request. Please ask if you need extra assistance.

Approach to Interview / Conference Rooms: As the office is on 3 floors, and there is no lift available, arrangements can be made to hold interviews and meetings in ground floor rooms.

Audible emergency alarms: loud siren

 

Our staff have a responsibility to ensure that they accompany any visitors during an emergency evacuation to the muster point designated in local Fire Evacuation Plans. Visitors must not be left unattended and should be accompanied at all times during an emergency evacuation until the all clear is given for re-entry to the building. Where appropriate a suitable emergency evacuation plan will be in place to ensure safe evacuation of disabled persons during an emergency situation.
