Approach to Main Entrance: A ramp is provided for wheelchair access and handrails are provided leading up the ramp . Entrance is via two sets of twin fully glazed doors.

Door Width: Width of each door is 75cm. Both leafs can be opened if necessary

Low level bell / or other - No - The building has a full time security officer located within the reception area just inside the glazed entrance area. A knock on the glass should be enough to summon assistance.

Approach to Reception Area: Our reception area is on the first floor and access can be gained via the lift.

Door Width: The reception door is a two leaf design and each leaf is 80cm wide.

There is seating available in our reception area. Please ask if you need extra assistance.

Approach to Interview / Conference Rooms: Our interview rooms and conference room are accessible from our reception area on the first floor. Assistance will be provided to manage security doors.

Door Width: Single door to interview room linked from the reception area. Door width is 80cm wide. Double doors leading to the Conference room are 70cm wide. Both will require to opened by others for wheelchair access.

Audible emergency alarms: Continuous bell

Our staff have a responsibility to ensure that they accompany any visitors during an emergency evacuation to the muster point designated in local Fire Evacuation Plans. Visitors must not be left unattended and should be accompanied at all times during an emergency evacuation until the all clear is given for re-entry to the building. Where appropriate a suitable emergency evacuation plan will be in place to ensure safe evacuation of disabled persons during an emergency situation.

Please advise the local Office Manager if you have any special requirements.
