DIVERSITY PROOFING PROGRESS CHART
Welcome to the Diversity Proofing Progress Chart. We have produced this chart to show you our policies and practices and to show how they are being Diversity Proofed. Our polices and practices are constantly being developed so some areas of this chart will not have quite as much information as others. COPFS assumes that all of our policies and practices have relevance to the duties placed on us by equalities' legislation. However, over time, we will update this table. We hope that you will find this useful too. The COPFS strives to be as open and as transparent as possible and we hope this table will provide a good indication of the areas we are working on and how we are trying to ensure that all of our work respects the diversity of the people of Scotland.

This section covers matters of evidence and procedure. It deals with policy areas such as road traffic crime, computer crime, the misuse of drugs and the environment. This area also covers complaints against the police and bail.
