APPEAL LODGED JOHN TUNNICLIFFE
The Lord Advocate has an appeal against the sentence imposed on John Tunnicliffe who pled guilty at Edinburgh High Court to lewd and libidinous practices and the rape of a girl aged 14.
On 4 December 2007 the court sentenced the accused to four and a half years imprisonment in respect of this crime, dating from 25 October 2007.
