Approach to Main Entrance: There is a ramp to the main door followed by two sets of internal swing doors. Assistance may be required to manage doors - and can be requested at the Sheriff Clerk's Office (01261 812140) or by contacting our reception prior to attendance to make arrangements.

Telephone link intercom: The intercom is on the ground floor and can be used to request assistance.

Approach to Reception Area: There is a chair stair-lift to the first floor where the Procurator Fiscal Office is situated. Alternatively, arrangements can be made to deal with enquiries on the ground floor.

There is seating available in our reception area. Further seating can be provided on request. Please ask if you need extra assistance.

Our staff have a responsibility to ensure that they accompany any visitors during an emergency evacuation to the muster point designated in local Fire Evacuation Plans. Visitors must not be left unattended and should be accompanied at all times during an emergency evacuation until the all clear is given for re-entry to the building. Where appropriate a suitable emergency evacuation plan will be in place to ensure safe evacuation of disabled persons during an emergency situation.
