Approach to Main Entrance: There are 6 steps to the main entrance. Alternatively wheelchair users can use the ramp at the rear door accessed from the disabled parking space in car park. Assistance will be required to manage the internal security doors.

Door Width: approximately 1 metre

Low level bell: Access by pressing the bell at the rear door at top of ramp

or by telephoning our reception to make arrangements prior to arrival.

Approach to Reception Area: Our reception is on the ground floor. From the front entrance there are 6 steps. Alternatively, wheelchair users can request assistance from the rear entrance through security doors.

There is seating available in our reception area. Please ask if you need extra assistance.

Approach to Interview / Conference Rooms: We have an accessible interview room situated just inside the rear door. Our conference room is on the first floor. There is no lift.

Audible emergency alarms: Loud horn

Our staff have a responsibility to ensure that they accompany any visitors during an emergency evacuation to the muster point designated in local Fire Evacuation Plans. Visitors must not be left unattended and should be accompanied at all times during an emergency evacuation until the all clear is given for re-entry to the building. Where appropriate a suitable emergency evacuation plan will be in place to ensure safe evacuation of disabled persons during an emergency situation.
