Modern Apprenticeship

COPFS have facilitated Modern Apprenticeship programmes across locations in Scotland since 2012. Modern Apprentices enter into a contractually binding training contract. The apprenticeship programme gives a practical grounding in key administrative skills common across different sectors and industries.  The MA contract lasts for 24 months.

 Key points:

  • Modern Apprentices have the equivalent rights and benefits as permanent members of staff.
