In particular I note the two sets of tabulated information it kindly provided in the form of appendices.

The first consisted of great detail on all Confiscation Orders obtained in Scotland for the Financial Years 2014–15; 2013–14; 2012–13

Given this:

1) I am writing to request  similar tabulated data for confiscation orders the financial years 2015-16 (if produced) and 2011-12; 2010-11

The COPFS also provided detail on cash forfeited and remitted under the POCA in Scotland for the financial years 2014–15; 2013-14

Given this:

2) I am writing to request similar tabulated data on on cash forfeited and remitted under the POCA in Scotland for the financial years 2015-16 (if produced); 2012–13; 2011-12; 2010-11”


In respect of part 1 of your request, the information for 2010-11 and 2011-12 is published on our website and is accessible using the link below.  Under Section 25(1) of FOISA, we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonable accessible to you:

In respect of part 2 of your request, I attach the information requested for financial years 2010-13 and 2015-16 as separate PDF files.  Please note that in relation to financial years 2010-13, the information is stored on a previous case management system which did not record the actual date the funds were remitted, only the date that the funds were made subject of a forfeiture order.
