Freedom of Information - Cases Referred to COPFS by Scottish Information Commissioner

Thank you for your email received on 30 April 2014 in which you requested the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA):

"I would like to make a Freedom of Information request for disclosure of information relating to and contained in any cases (including the total numbers of such cases) referred to the Crown Office by the Scottish Information Commissioner including cases under Freedom of Information Scotland Act Section 65 since January 2005, and what happened to those cases, if charges were made, if prosecutions occurred or not, reasons why not, if cautions were issued etc, which public bodies were involved."

I can confirm that no reports have been received by the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service from Scottish Information Commissioner’s Office.
