Freedom of information: Payments to Ricoh (R008638)

"I would be grateful if you could provide me with details of all the payments made to Ricoh from 1 April 2013 to 1 September 2014 in respect of software, hardware, licensing, professional services (including training and technical support) and leasing.
I would also be grateful if you could provide details of the formal procurement exercises that were undertaken and where details of these can be found."
Enquiries have been conducted and I can confirm that information is held in relation to your request, which I have included below. Full, audited figures are held for the period from 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2014. Whilst we also hold the figures for the period from 1 April 2014 to 1 September 2014, please note that these have not yet been audited. Audited figures for this period will be available from July/August 2015. It is open to you to submit a further FOISA request in this respect at that time.

With regards your request for details of the formal procurement exercises undertaken, I can advise that the procurement exercise followed was a mini-competition from an existing Scottish Government Multi-supplier Framework Agreement. Six suppliers in total were invited to tender. The contract was awarded on 9th December 2011, with a start date of 19th December 2011. The contract duration is 5 years.
