1) "How many accidents where there has been no charges to the driver responsible for the accident and someone has been killed has the procurator then had criminal charges brought against the individual after the inquest over the past 10 years please give year by year incidents";
2) How many alleged child abuse cases have you had where the individual denies the charge, and you have taken computers away from the alleged victim to search and identify if there are any connivance with individuals to set up the individuals charged for the crime?
If this comes to light after a person has been charged and been to court what will your process be when reported to the Scottish police forces since they are all under one unit, would you suggest that they make the complaint to the nearest English police force to investigate;"

"How much money has been confiscated from criminals (and alleged criminals) through action taken by the Crown's Civil Recovery Unit for Edinburgh under the Proceeds of Crime Act since the law's introduction?
Can I have that broken down by year (or part year) since the law was introduced?
Can I have that broken down into a list by case with a date and amount and, if possible, the crime(s) involved? eg. Man. August 2013. £10,000. Drug dealing.
Can I have the person's name in each case? (I understand that because of Data Protection this part of my request may not be possible).
If it's not possible to do this by Edinburgh only, can I have this information for Lothian and Borders or wherever the sheriffdom would be broken down?
If possible, in each case how much money had the police identified for potential seizure to the Crown before the court agreement was reached?
Can I have the same information as above for each of the sheriffdoms in Scotland for the same period?
Can I have a total monetary figure for Scotland for each of the years since POCA came into force that has been seized from criminals/alleged criminals?

"I would like the information to cover the last three financial years (2011/12, 2012/13, 2013/14) and to be broken down by year.
I would like to know how many members of staff have received bonuses during this period?
I would like to know the total amount of money which was paid out in bonuses to staff during this period?
I would like to know the range of monetary value of the bonuses paid out from the highest bonus paid out to the lowest?
As well as bonuses, I would like the FOI request to cover any performance related payments."
I can confirm that there were no bonus payments or performance related payments made to staff during the period 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2014.
