"Could you please provide information on any bonuses received by staff of the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service during the last two years. Please also provide the grades of those receiving the bonuses and the size of those bonuses."

No bonuses have been paid to staff in the last two years.

Thank you for your request dated 8 January 2014 under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for the following information:

"How many reports have been sent to the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service relating to children between the ages of 13 and 15 (inclusive) engaging in sexual conduct with each other? I understand any such cases (relating to consensual sex – not rape, sexual assault etc.) would be under the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009, which came into effect on December 1, 2010. Please break down the information by year (so calendar years Dec' 2010 to Nov' 2011; Dec' 2011 to Nov' 2012; Dec' 2012 to Nov'2013; and Nov' 2013 to present). If possible, please also break down the information to detail whether the reports related to males or females. For each, please show whether or not the report resulted in prosecution and/or referral to children's reporter. For each prosecution, please also show whether or not the prosecution resulted in conviction."

".....details of credit card expenses of Crown Office departments and employees in the past two financial years, how many credit cards have been in use by the Crown Office in the past two years including how many issued to staff and at what rank, and their spending limits."

Thank you for your e-mail of 7 January 2014 under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) in which you seek the following information:

"(1) in a recent response to an FOI request, the DWP advised that during the fiscal year 2012/13 1,233 persons were reported to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with alleged benefit fraud offences.

Please provide the following: 

(a) the number of persons against whom the PF took no action against

(b) the number of persons against whom proceedings have commenced, but not concluded

(c) the number of persons found (i) Not Guilty (ii) Not Proven (iii) Guilty

(d) the number of persons against whom the PF took an alternative to prosecution (including which alternatives and the numbers concerned)
