Thank you for your request dated 8 February 2012 under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) in which you requested figures to show if the recent change, has made a difference in the number of children that have been referred to the adult courts.

I note that you have figures relating to prosecutions up until 2010. I can advise that there have been no prosecutions to date of any person under 12 years of age since April 2007.
