Thank you for your email of 17 March where you requested the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA):
I have interpreted this to mean information held by the Crown (i.e. not documents) about procedure/guidelines for self-representation.
With reference to your request namely 1 & 3, I consider that the information you have requested is exempt under Section 25 of FOISA as it is already reasonably accessible to you elsewhere. This can be found on the COPFS website under Publications in particular the page on "Prosecution, Policy and Guidance". I attach a link for your information: http://www.copfs.gov.uk/publications
With regard to your question number 2, about disclosure to person who is representing themselves, again this is exempt under Section 25 of FOISA as it is already reasonably accessible to you. This can be found on the COPFS website under Publications in particular the page on Disclosure Manual, chapter 23 contains the relevant information you require.
