Enquiry into what Finance Systems COPFS uses (R015804)

Thank you for your email of 7 April where you requested the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA):

  1. What Finance System do you use for financial management and planning? 

  2. What is the monetary value of the annual support/subscription for your current Finance System?  

  3. Which vendor implemented your current Finance System?  

  4. Do you currently have a partner supporting your Finance System? 

  5. What is the monetary value of the annual support fee for your support partner 

  6. When is the contract for the current Finance System expiring?  

  7. Are you planning to renew your current Finance System or tender for a new system upon expiry?

We use Infor Sunsytems, SCS P2P and Info DePM

  1. Do you currently have a partner supporting your Finance System?

    We do not have a current partner supporting our Finance system

  2. What is the monetary value of the annual support fee for your support partner.

    N/A 

     7.  Are you planning to renew your current Finance System or tender for a new system   upon expiry? 

     We are planning to renew our Financial system through our procurement process which can be found on the link I have given you earlier.
