All Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) employees, as civil servants, are expected to meet standards of conduct and performance set by both COPFS and the Civil Service, reflecting both the COPFS values of "Being Professional and Showing Respect" and the Civil Service Code. Information on misconduct cases is recorded by calendar year and the information below is provided on that basis.  We are unable to provide the breakdown requested for 2014.
