Are you someone with excellent administrative skills, the ability to prioritise competing demands and an understanding of project lifecycles and methodologies? If so, this is a great opportunity to develop your Project Management skills supporting and analysing the impact of significant digital transformation programmes for COPFS and the Scottish Justice Sector.
The role is ideal for someone who has good communication skills and prior experience of working with IT professionals and business analysts. You will support the Project Management Office Manager and can expect to regularly work with IT colleagues in our Information Services Division to ensure project governance/delivery and manage risks.
This role offers the holder the opportunity to interact with and develop relationships across the service specifically with the wider ISD team ensuring the work you are undertaking has real impact.
This is a small team looking to grow in size and you will have the opportunity to help shape the team, your role and the wider COPFS project work. In your initial weeks you can expect one to one training with your Line Manager, both in person and working from home over MS Teams.
