You will be joining an engaging and inclusive team where you will be supported to develop your career including the opportunity to undertake Digital qualifications to develop your skills and build your experience.

You can expect to regularly work with colleagues from across COPFS with various backgrounds who will support your development by sharing their knowledge and expertise. During your first few weeks you will meet your fellow IT colleagues, work alongside Senior Managers and shadow other members of the team to help you build initial relationships on the Service Desk.

This opportunity offers a different kind of service desk role to most, with shifts generally being between 7.5 hours between 7.30am and 5.30pm rather than over a 24 hour period. As part of our team, you will be actively encouraged to escalate issues as you feel best and to engage with users with no scripts to follow, allowing you to adapt to each call work effectively.
