As a Victim Information and Advice Officer you will be instrumental in assisting in the provision of Justice in Scotland. You will be part of the team who are the point of contact for Witnesses and bereaved nearest relatives, supporting people in an empathetic an professional manner in their time of need

This role would suit someone with prior experience of interacting with vulnerable individuals and partner agencies and who is confident in managing their own workload, using their skills to overcome and resolve issues that cannot initially be foreseen.

This is an exciting time to join VIA as they move into 2023 and this role will give you the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders focusing on process improvement to ensure COPFS are delivering the best service possible.
