Our updated Complaints Handling Procedure follows the model Complaints Policy endorsed by the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman which adopts a two-stage approach. This document includes an overview of the team and their aims, explanation of the Complaints Handling Policy, and statistics on the complaints received in that financial year.
