If you are a wheelchair user or have restricted mobility
There are no general public parking facilities at Westport House. Private spaces are used by apartment residents, business staff, hotel guests and casino customers.
The building car park is managed for the landlords by Smart Parking Ltd using electronic monitoring systems. COPFS have no control over these systems or their application.
Warning signs are placed in the carpark. Any unauthorised parking at Westport House is liable to be met with a Penalty Charge Notice for which the driver would be responsible for settling with Smart Parking Ltd.
There are a limited number of free 45 minute parking bays in Brown Street adjacent to Westport House. These are always subject to availability and demand, particularly during business hours, can be high.
There are paying public car parks at Westport and Overgate.

Audible emergency alarms: oscillating klaxon/voiceover
Our staff have a responsibility to ensure that they accompany any visitors during an emergency evacuation to the muster point designated in local Fire Evacuation Plans. Visitors must not be left unattended and should be accompanied at all times during an emergency evacuation until the all clear is given for re-entry to the building. Where appropriate a suitable emergency evacuation plan will be in place to ensure safe evacuation of disabled persons during an emergency situation.

Where possible, our office uses colour definition to indicate changes in floor levels, doors, steps/stairs and emergency signs.
