Details

The agreement relates to young people who offend and are in both the children’s and the adult’s systems or are transferring between the two systems. It provides a framework to allow COPFS and SCRA to make consistent decisions and exchange information appropriately.

This agreement also provides guidance to police officers about the joint reporting of children who have committed offences.
