Details
As part of mainstreaming the equality duty, COPFS must collate and provide evidence of its efforts to comply with the public sector duties of the Equality Act 2010. This means an annual gathering of information on the protected characteristics covered by the Equality Act 2010, analysing the data and presenting it in a clear and concise format.
In addition to the progress report, COPFS is also required to publish data on their gender pay gap. This is the percentage difference among employees between men’s average hourly pay and women’s average hourly pay.
