The is the first publication in this series to include information on crimes reported under the Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Act 2021 which came into effect on 1 April 2024.

The next publication, covering 2025-26, is due to be published in June 2026. The exact date of publication will be announced nearer the time.
