SPARC is a multi-agency partnership involving key organisations collectively working together to prevent, reduce and tackle rural crime.

This strategy includes an overview of the previous strategy including key successes, the SPARC vision and aim, key operations objectives, and  information about forms of rural crime and action plans for each.
