This agreement is between COPFS, the Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration (SCRA) and the Police Service of Scotland regarding the sharing of information and is intended to enable decisions to be taken at a local level, where possible.

This document covers the guidance which must be followed in any request from COPFS for information from SCRA, guidance which must be followed in any request from SCRA for information from COPFS, and guidance which must be followed in any request by SCRA for information from the Police Service of Scotland when the Principal Reporter has received a referral of a child.
